• 2 Pillow Cases

Towels

• 6-8 Old, light-colored towels

• 2 Wash Cloths

Baby

• 2 Receiving Blankets

• 2 Sets of clothes with booties

• Handful of Diapers

• 2 Wash Cloths

• 4 Receiving Blankets or Towels

2. Gather the Following Supplies

Required

• 1 Package of Feminine Pads ( super absorbent/over-nights)

• 1 Roll of Paper Towels

• 1 16oz. bottle Alcohol

• 1 16oz. Hydrogen Peroxide

• 1 4oz. bottle of Olive Oil

• 1 Digital Thermometer

• 2 30 Gallon size Trash Bags

• Shower Curtain Liner

Suggested

• Birth Ball (Exercise Ball)

• Biomulsion Vit K

• 1 package of Sitz Bath Herbs

• 1 bottle of Smooth Transition

• 1 bottle of After Ease
